A. The solution doesn't help. The dispatcher has to find out himself (e.g. by asking colleagues) if a technician is able to conduct a job or not
B. The dispatcher can see what 'skills' have been assigned to the technician in order to find out if he qualifies for the job.
C. The dispatcher sees the open time-slots of each technician in the planning board and can be sure that he is capable of doing the job.
D. By right-click on the activity and choosing option 'find matching technician' all qualified technicians are shown on the screen.
E. You can browse to the Business Partner Masterdata and look up which technician has been doing the job for past service calls.
